Kuala Lumpur Bird Park is located near Tasik Perdana, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this area there are many other tourist centers such as the Butterfly Park, National Mosque, Taman Bunga Raya, Central Tun Abdul Razak Memorial, National Planetarium, and others.

Bird Park was officially opened by Her Majesty the Queen, Tuanku Siti binti Mohd Ali Bainun on 15 November 1991. It is managed by City Hall.
